Having a great time, love the structure of the workouts and the daily variety. Challenging, with great results. Chris and Heather are great to work with. And the group atmosphere has been a lot of fun. If your looking for something fun that produces - this is it.
It's so much fun! and never the same routines on a daily basis.
I dropped in here while visiting my parents. This is a great new addition to Danville, and I'm glad it is off to such a great start. The programming was great and I'm excited to come back the next time I'm here.
Although newly opened, the coaches have alreadt help me with a few movements and I have met some new people in out wonderful town. Love the atmosphere and the potential of the CrossFit Box.
