Today was my first visit and I was very pleased by the atmosphere upheld in the gym with staff able to help you and answer any questions you need, it's a perfect place for all levels and I highly recommend it to anyone!

This is the best Crossfit box in NH for sure. Attention to detail and a great bunch of none judgmental folks to train with. If you are new to Crossfit this is the box to start your training at for sure. If you have been training for a long time and want to improve on your goals this is the box for you too.
