I love this place. I was so nervous to start crossfit, so intimidated but I went on my own and have been going for almost two months now. I have met some amazing people and the coaches are the most encouraging and fun people. I am so excited to see what I can do with this group of people and this training!
Trained here with other pooles from the Manchester Recruiting Center and was very impressed with both the workout and the trainers. Not only do they motivate you to reach your limits physically but mentally as well and which are essential to improving yourself. Just a flat out great environment.
