Highly recommend. I have been in gyms and members at different crossfits for 14 years. Mephibia is a cut above! Hayden is the perfect mix of hard working, strong, detailed and down to earth. She will help you reach your goals and have fun w you while doing it. I have seen it w every person she trains. The atmosphere is super friendly!
Kinda biased since I have been working out here for over a year now, but, it's the greatest! Great coaches and great atmosphere making it hard to not come back. No one is ever afraid to cheer you on and push you to go harder(within your limits). Offer workouts for ALL skills levels whether you are new to crossfit or working out in general. Mephobia has the best prices I have ever seen at a Crossfit gym.
Awesome gym with better people! Both coaches and clients are helpful and encouraging. It's hard to beat the atmosphere they bring!
