Great programing and community!
I dropped in for a couple classes while in Stl for a week. The people and coaches are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The facility is top-notch, and the workouts were fun and challenging. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting town looking for a welcoming and motivating gym. CrossFit Maryland Heights is awesome!

Coach Chris and his team of coaches and nutritionists are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Having been a member of CFMH for over 10 years, I appreciate the incredible community they've built. More often than not, the hour I spend at CFMH is the best part of my day. The programming is set up to enable you to measure growth in strength, conditioning, and skills, and best of all the community here is top tier.
I first came to this gym in 2019 wanting to try something different and challenging. Over the next 6 years I achieved countless PR's lifting, made many new friends, and ended up marrying a fellow member. I'm so glad I decided to drop in all those years ago.
