My wife and I were in town for a short weekend and decided to drop in to Mainstay. We've done CrossFit for many years and have dropped in at a good amount of gyms. Everything about our experience was great! At a lot of CrossFit gyms I've dropped into, people usually stay clear and are too shy to come up and say hello.
