A while back I had my kids here now I have joined. Very family oriented. Family owned. Local. If you must join a gym this is a great one.
The coaches are so fun and make it a great experience! I’ve been a member for three years. I didn’t think I was going to last a week after my first workout!! The family atmosphere and encouragement keeps me coming back!
