Could barely make it through the warm up on the first day to now actually deadlifting a mere three weeks later! Very supportive and smart gym with the right blend of motivation and knowing what is realistic. Feel every work out but never to the point that I am in too much pain to function. Kudos to Ryan and Kristen.
