Had a super weird experience today with an old lady there. She must be one of the trainers. I have no idea what her name is. I have a special needs child who has 1:1 training sessions done once a week. There was some SLIGHT miscommunication and I had showed up on our regular day and time after being gone for a few weeks but they didn't know I was coming. This gym is amazing! The community is fun, encouraging, and diverse. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. You feel both challenged and encouraged, being fully supported and set up to improve and succeed. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place!
I Love CrossFit Lifetree! The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive and the workouts are set for all levels to be challenged. I've been coming for over three years now and I know I'll be pushed to get a great workout and progress my skills when I can. But if I come in with an injury or need to adjust a workout the coaches will help to ensure its still a great experience and I'm part of the community.
Just the best place ever. So welcoming to beginners as well - it’s been an amazing place to find myself again in post partum. I’m really grateful for the kindness, education and constant stoke!
This is hands down the best gym I have ever attended in my life! Joining this gym has been a complete game changer for me, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
