I have been doing personal training with CrossFit Liberate since September and can't recommend it enough. Coach E and Coach John create amazing workouts and have helped me so much in my fitness journey. They adapt to whatever fitness goals you may have and are excellent coaches. I have truly loved my time here!

Crossfit Liberate is the best!! It’s an awesome community of incredible people and a place I look forward to going every day!! The foundations course was also so helpful in learning the basics as someone new to crossfit, and I felt so comfortable with the workouts in the larger classes after because of it. So worth the cost!! 10/10 would recommend!!

I’ve truly enjoyed my time at Liberate - the coaches are personable, the facility is nice, and the community of folks at the gym are kind-spirited!
