I’m rehabbing my back and Kat gave me great modifications to keep it challenging but appropriate to my situation. Great place!
Dropped in while in town for a work trip. Gym was nice-needs some TLC (signage) on the outside but the people were super nice and coaches were great. Had an amazing work out and didn’t feel out of place at all. I would recommend this place to anyone hesitant about joining a gym and feeling judged. This is a great place to begin your fitness journey or even continue one/try something different.
I recently did a drop-in at CrossFit Lead in Gainesville and had a fantastic experience with coach Katherine. She explained every movement in great detail and created such a positive and focused training atmosphere. Her motivation and encouragement really pushed me through the workout. All the other athletes in the class were also super friendly, communicative, and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for the great session!
