Edit: They immediately reached out to me and cleared up all my previous issues, I greatly appreciate it and their customer service is much better than I had originally experienced. The establishment is clean and the staff that I've met so far is friendly and kind, I am now looking forward to giving it another try! I was just dropping in, but I really enjoyed the programming at CrossFit Lead - Gainesville. The workout was challenging, with a good balance that pushed me but didn’t feel overwhelming, thanks to the clear scaling options that made it accessible no matter your level. Today was my first class at the gym and Gina was an amazing coach. She was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent feedback for form improvement. Her interaction was cheerful and made me enjoyed the class very much.
