Thanks for the past 2 weeks! Great programming & an awesome staff. No one had to remember my name, but the coaches made a real effort! It's the little things! Can't wait to head back to Orlando again for another drop in!
Loved this box!! A welcoming environment, paired up with Excellent coaches (Josh & Mike), and super-organized Skills/WOD's, & appropriate critique for form. Going to Crossfit Kings Point for a week was the best part of my Orlando vacation!! Enjoyed it better than my own box back home!!
