Casey, Lindsey and staff do it right!
Awesome drop in experience. Really amazing coaching staff. Nicely paced (e.g. proper) warm up, skill session and WOD. Really enjoyed the experience. Visiting crossfitters should stop by and see the epicness of this box! Keep up the great work guys!
