Love this gym! Such a great community, a great facility, and good programming.
Dropped in and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The programming is top-notch—challenging, smart, and balanced in a way that pushes you without ever feeling random. Leaving this gym was truly bittersweet. I’m was sad to step away from such a wonderful community because we moved out of state, but incredibly excited to come back and visit and to jump into workouts again with the guidance of the amazing coaches here. CFIR is awesome! I grew up watching my mom do CrossFit since the very beginning. Once I was old enough to join the kid classes I did! Coach Jamie knew how to break down movements so I could understand and made lifting fun. I’ve learned to challenge myself and work hard. Five years later, I have attended CrossFit regularly and have started competing. I am very glad it is in my lifestyle. I love the community and the coaches!
