I am new to CrossFit and am so grateful to have found a gym that allows me to bring my child with me and really supports moms who want to be active. The workouts are modifiable to wherever is your starting point in CrossFit and the coaches are thoughtful and attentive. I am seeing real results and challenging myself in new ways. I tell all my friends to come give CFIR a try because it’s such a welcoming community and a great workout!

Amazing coaches and community! The workouts are indefinitely scalable for all ages and abilities. The coaches worked with me through a long injury recovery. CFIR is good for physical and mental health.
My friends and I dropped in for a Saturday community workout, and we had a great experience at CFIR! Good coaching, nice people, gym was very well stocked with equipment. Would recommend and return if I'm back in Eagle River again.
CFIR is a super welcoming gym that has a real community feel to it. The members are supportive and the coaches work hard to help new folks on-board safely.
