This is the best place i have ever worked out at and great people too. I feel soo much stronger and my daily job is really easy to do now.
Short story...Matt, the members of Ignition, and CrossFit in general is awesome! I used to be a cardio girl with no weight lifting at all. I cannot believe what I am capable of now especially at the over 50 age bracket. Honestly, CF has gotten me into the best shape of my life. It is so much fun and never boring. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Matt has put his heart into this box and full effort into the strategic workouts. The members are friendly and quickly become like family. Great place to advance physically and socially, highly recommend. Chris
