I travel to the Flushing area multiple times per year, CrossFit Ignition has become my box away from home. Came in for my first day and everyone was very helpful and motivating. Your able to work at your own pace or push yourself to do more, pleased with my first experience.
Everyone is very encouraging, which makes it more comfortable for getting out of your comfort zone.! Rewarding to see how much stronger I have become and continue to improve!! Recommended for people of all ages!
Crossfit Ignition is a great place to meet new people, get fit, and challenge yourself. The great coaching staff always make me feel confident in what I am doing at the gym and the members at Crossfit Ignition are some of the most encouraging people I have ever met! I highly recommend giving it a try if you have not already done so!!
