Was so nervous walking into the gym for the first time. I was over weight and older than I thought I needed to be to be there. I looked around and saw super fit people lifting crazy amounts of weight and I was so scared. The coaches and the other people at the gym quickly changed my mind. Great coaching staff, friendly environment and top notch equipment. The owner really cares about the place and puts forth the effort to make this an elite level facility. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What a great box to be involved with!! Was in the area to visit and dropped in on a Saturday. Great atmosphere, clean and well organized facility, owners and coaches that were top notch! Supportive, motivating, positive, inclusive and accepting! Planning future visits, around gym time, for the next trip!
