I have trained at other CrossFit boxes and haven’t experienced the same family like atmosphere that I feel here. I have developed my skills tenfold thanks to the support of the experienced coaches at CFHB. I never have a bad day once I have smashed out a session and spent time with all the CF members. I can’t recommend enough honestly
