I’m new at CrossFit. I’ve done regular gym for a long time, but needed something more stimulating. I love the environment and the work. You go in, get your ass kicked, and get done in an hour. I used to be really intimidated by CrossFit gyms because I thought you needed to be in basically the best shape of your life. That isn’t accurate. After a running injury, I joined CrossFit Hermitage to rebuild strength and I’m so glad I did. I was new to lifting and a little intimidated, but the coaches have been incredibly supportive, patient, and focused on proper technique. The community is welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. It’s the perfect mix of structure, challenge, and support. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get stronger and push yourself in a positive environment.
