I had really mixed feelings about this gym. On the positive side, the instructors were great and the community itself was welcoming—I genuinely enjoyed the people and the atmosphere during workouts. Unfortunately, the business side of things was frustrating and felt misleading. The website advertised a $129 starting price, but that only applied to very limited classes for a specific age group. I’m new at CrossFit. I’ve done regular gym for a long time, but needed something more stimulating. I love the environment and the work. You go in, get your ass kicked, and get done in an hour. I used to be really intimidated by CrossFit gyms because I thought you needed to be in basically the best shape of your life. That isn’t accurate.
