Great coaches, awesome people and one hell of intense fun workout. The coaches help you push yourself to a limit that you didn't know you had. I'm proud to be part of the team and look forward to coming in and giving each WOD what I have and when I think I don't have any more in me the coaches and box buddies are there to encourage you to give a little more and that's why I love CFHH!
