Excellent coaches Great atmosphere
A great first time experience. Everyone encouraged each other and the instructors were articulate in watching my form.
Had a blast with a team work out this morning. I just dropped in while visiting and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend coming to drop in or join and will be back anytime I’m in town!
I've been hearing that they are very inconsiderate to their neighbors who live around them. That they play their music 24 hours a day and very loudly, and when asked to turn it down even a little bit they refuse and are ignorant to the fact of the neighbors needing to get rest.
My was a member before moving out-of-state, and was treated like gold...
What a fantastic box and atmosphere! We felt very welcomed when we dropped in for a class - and five stars for the great coach �
