Appetizers are so so, but awesome place to work from your laptop remote and grab a bite to eat.
A great place to work out. Plenty of equipment. Good social atmosphere. Knowledgeable and friendly coaches.
Just joined recently and love it! For me, it's a great sized gym because I know I'll get some good feedback from the coaches without feeling overwhelmed by large class sizes. With the new ownership, they are adding in new class times so there is a lot of flexibility based on your schedule.
