I have been going to CrossFit Mainstay over 2 years. The Coaches and members are amazing and always willing to help motivate and encourage in a positive way.
Best crossfit gym I’ve ever attended! The place is not only clean, gorgeous and well equipped.. the people are very hospitable and STRONG! It’s very inspiring to see the gym members dynamic. They are like family. They are very welcoming and treat you as their own too! Also, COACHES are A+!
Dropped in for a few workouts while in town visiting. Super nice coaches, good programming, great facilities. Folks were pretty friendly and I felt comfortable as a guest here.
