We love our gym!! My husband and I have been going to this gym for so long and it just keeps getting better- the people are so friendly, there's all types of fitness levels, they offer personalized help, and everyone makes it fun to workout!! The biggest bonus for us is that our 3 kids have been able to go with us- they know fitness is a part of our lifestyle, and our oldest now does the kids classes when they're offered!!! Strongly recommend giving them a try- you won't regret it!!

The Fort is a wonderful community of people who all share the common goal of healthy living. It has an A+ coaching staff that is always willing and able to adapt each workout for various fitness levels. The support and encouragement that fellow Fort athletes give each other is superior to any other gym I’ve been to!

Fortified fitness is not just a gym for you to get strong. It’s a community and that’s how I felt when I first came to the gym and that energy never left. From the coaches to the members, everyone was so supportive, welcoming, and engaged. What I learned from coming here is that your results come from the effort you put in, and fortified gave me that mindset to bring to other aspects of my life. Highly recommend coming here if you’re new to training, getting back into it, or even a seasoned veteran.
