CFG has great ownership and community! The workouts are tough but able to be scaled. Lastly, it is very economically priced for challenging routines.
This gym is an incredible place! From coaches to members, everyone was so encouraging, supportive, and friendly. I highly recommend CrossFit Gardendale to anyone wanting to try CrossFit in the area. A great place for all levels of fitness!
Such a family atmosphere there. For wayyyy cheaper than normal CrossFit places. They care more about your health and fitness than your money. They really do care
