The coaches provide knowledge and motivation and their classes were a game changer after my second pregnancy. I am so appreciative to be a member of the CFFP community!

I’m older, let’s say over 65, and was apprehensive about CrossFit. Everyone in there was going to be 20-30 years younger than me were my thoughts. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice age mix, body strength, etc. the coaching there is excellent. They adjust based on your level. As we age keeping up with your muscle strength is very important. Give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

CrossFit Full Potential offers a friendly supportive environment, where members are challenged to do their best. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivational and enthusiastic. In three months time, my wife and I have seen a noticeable improvement in our overall fitness, and we always look forward to the next class.

My husband and I have been going to the gym for 3 months now. The gym has all levels of fitness and a very nice group of people of all ages. Everyone encourages each other. The coaches are awesome and provides feedback throughout class when needed so that you do things the right way.
