Great Community – CrossFit Franklin is unique to the CrossFit community. They take pride in having a nice facility that they do keep clean which is a good change of pace compared to some CrossFit boxes. The instructors are top notch and the community of members are awesome. Everyone is welcoming to new people.
Not a real xfit gym – wouldn't tell people to go here. They dont let you drop weights and are worried about the gym being clean. Problem lies with the manager as she doesnt crossfit so she doesnt get it. Too bad, because the gym has brand new equipment. Clearly one of the crossfit gyms that are out to just make money.
Great Workout – If you want to get in shape quick and loose weight Crossfit is the way to go. Check it out.
Best gym in the area – A great place to workout. Their CrossFit classes are the BEST.
Great health club – great instructors and workouts. A must try for all fitness enthusiasts. Lee makes each class a total body blowout!!
