I am from Victoria and did a drop in session. I had coach Hattie and she was a great coach, friendly and welcoming. The workout was a real dinger! Highly recommend!

I was traveling to Lethbridge for work for a week and wanted to attend the local box! I sent them a message asking about being able to drop in while I was in the area and got an instant welcoming reply! Arrived to a super cool and functional space and a nice welcome from the coaches. The programming was great and the community was awesome.
