Best gym in the world. Elite athletes exercise here, but the gym is very much about everyday people trying to get healthier/improve their fitness. Adam and the coaches are very competent and good all around people.
If there were a sixth star option I would give it to them. A fantastic gym with world class athletes.
How can I give a gym 5 stars without ever setting foot inside it? I had signed up for a competition that the gym would be running and had already paid my entry fee. Over the holiday weekend I suffered a serious bicep injury and know I would not be able to compete. I emailed the gym and let them know to pull my name from the competition.
