Joined CFFP a year and a half ago. Best decision ever!
Great place to work out. Every coach works with your ability and modifies when needed, but also pushes you when needed. Made me feel welcome and that I belonged from the first day I walked in. Great motivators, love the family atmosphere. Highly recommend giving it a try. You will fall in love.
Only the best workout I've ever had in my entire life. The people at CrossFit Fort Pierce make it fun to exercise they make it fun to stretch they make it fun to actually try to last that 5 or 6 minutes at the end of your our that is your actual workout and they are there for you to give you Alternatives if for some reason you can't do that actual exercise they have another way for you to work the same muscle group and get around the difficulty it's still difficult don't get me wrong but they make it so the challenge is stil... read more
I enjoyed stopping in while on vacation. Great box with great coaches and people to work out with.
