CFFP has the most welcoming coaches and is a great place for awesome workouts. Every person is encouraging and treats you like family. If you are up for a new challenge I definitely recommend giving CFFP a try!

The atmosphere in which Coach Tony and Coach Champagne provide to us in the L.I.F.E. Class is extremely gratifying and encouraging. They motivate us to do physical movements we thought we could no longer accomplish. I recommend this class to anyone who has a physical or emotional impairments that they are dealing with.
