I love this place - no matter how out of shape or how athletic CrossFit Force will find a way to challenge you. It's such a great group/ family - love it!!!
I can't say enough great things about this place!! The coaches are awesome, the owners are lovely and the people are great! I joined shortly after moving here from the east coast. I didn't know a single soul in the Sonoma county area and Crossfit Force quickly became my family and home away from home. If you are looking for a place to step up your workout routine without the intimidation, this is the place!!! ALL fitness levels are welcome and the environment is more of a community than your typical gym.
I'm still very early in my crossfit journey, and I've been welcomed by the trainers and athletes alike. There's a lot of encouragement and enthusiasm going around. I have been to 4 different groups since starting and it's been the same culture of support and acceptance at each one. It is very inspiring to work out with athletes at every level pushing their personal limits. I'm able to scale the work outs so that I'm challenging myself but not injuring myself. It's been wonderful!
