This gym was great-- a lot of space and equipment. The trainers are knowledgeable and break down every movement in every workout to make sure everyone understand it. Members & staff were very welcoming to me! Great vibe.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Super supportive and knowledgeable coaches, convenient WOD times, all the equipment you could need, plus plenty of space to use it all, and everyone - owners, staff, and the people coming in to workout, are friendly, welcoming, and fun. It's like one big happy family here!
I joined CFF a little over a year ago after completing two Boot Camps with WBBC-NB. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I continue to be surrounded by coaches and people who encourage me, motivate me, and inspire me to keep working towards my goals. I have learned it is "me against me" and about the progress that "I" am making. Today I am healthier and stronger than I was before I started.
I love this place of torture and the change it is helping me achieve!
