Love everything about CrossFitFIG! Each person there is so encouraging and friendly. And Jess is an awesome coach, making sure everyone knows what to do the entire time. Fantastic place!
Awesome gym with a welcoming community and great coaches. As someone who does hybrid training, I always feel supported and challenged. The facility is clean, the equipment is excellent, and the atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend!
Felt very welcomed and relaxed from the first moment I walked in for my free info session. Class was challenging but had a great pace and I felt encouraged and unjudged the whole time. Excited to join this workout family!
This is only our 2nd day but Chad and the rest of the 6 am group have been awesome and incredibly supportive to my husband and I. Highly recommend!
