CrossFit FIG is a fantastic community where everyone, regardless of skill or fitness level, gets the attention needed to succeed. I love the variety of workouts that push me to try things I wouldn’t have thought of on my own, and the coaching is exceptional. Come get your fitness on surrounded by great people!

CrossFit Fig is one of the best CrossFit communities I’ve ever been apart of! As a beginner, I didn’t know much and their trainers, Chad and Jessica are super awesome! They helped me learn all the movements safely and helped facilitate my confidence in the workouts. If you’re new or even a seasoned cross fitter, they have everything you could need to push yourself physically and mentally!

I’ve had a great experience at CrossFit Fig. The coaches prioritize form, technique, and safety, providing excellent individual feedback. Thanks to CrossFit Fig, I’ve been able to build strength safely and consistently, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their fitness the right way.

Awesome gym with a welcoming community and great coaches. As someone who does hybrid training, I always feel supported and challenged. The facility is clean, the equipment is excellent, and the atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend!
