Jessica and Chad are amazing! I really love the community that has been built with CrossFit Fig! I have never felt judged but always encouraged !
Chad is a great coach! I really enjoy his classes. He focuses a lot on proper form, and being somewhat newer to most of the movements in the gym, I highly appreciate that!
Chad and all of the trainers do a fantastic job. I have been to MANY gyms over the years. CrossFit Fig really focuses on form much more than any other gym I’ve been to, which is vitally important to prevent injuries and workout the right muscle groups. All the staff and members are inclusive of everyone, which is another huge perk! Highly recommend this gym to anyone!
