Awesome place to have fun and be serious about your body. Great workouts and top class coaching.
The coaching is very good for beginners. The athletes are welcoming and friendly to newbies. They are also encouraging and create a great atmosphere for all athletes in the gym.
Great place! The owner and coaches are excellent, very attentive, and are always there to help. I’ve been working out here for almost 2 years now and its one of the best decisions I’ve made.
