I moved to the area end of September and started at Exalted mid October. I’d only been doing CrossFit for about a year coming over from Orlando. It was my first experience so I was nervous to start at a new gym. But, from day one, the coaches and members were very inclusive and welcoming! I’ve never once went felt awkward and now it feels like I’ve been there forever (in a good way)! I truly love it there! With the help of the amazing coaches, I’ve gotten better, stronger and even hit a few PRs. I highly recommend!
Love you all especially Dorey. She’s with me every step of the way . Love her approach to working out. She’s my hero.
I love going to Exalted! I always leave in a better mood than when I showed up. The coaches are so nice and knowledgeable. It’s hard to pick a favorite they also do so many different things to bring the community together which is amazing if you’re trying to meet new folks. I’m so glad we dropped in here a year ago, because we have made the best friends from it!
Love the 5 am coaches and people. They are a fantastic group of coaches.
