Dropped into this CrossFit gym while visiting the Delray Beach area and had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and the coach was attentive and encouraging. The workout was challenging but well structured. I also loved the setup with equipment inside and outside. Great atmosphere and community. I would definitely come back next time I’m in town!
I haven’t been in a few years but this gym didn’t miss a beat. Great coaching and instruction, a welcoming group (shoutout 7AM), and a tough workout. I drop in a few days a week when I’m visiting from NY and it’s perfect. So if you’re looking for some motivation on your vacation or a gym to join full time, give CrossFit Delray Beach a try and you won’t regret it.

Devin does an amazing job of staying true to all things Crossfit! The workout area, the vibe, the members and the programming reflect what Crossfit is all about. We are looking forward to going back when in the Boynton Beach area.
