CFDRB is simply the best!! The space, coaching, equipment and people are all awesome. Coach Devin and the crew are super-thoughtful about programming and consider every individual’s level of fitness to make sure everyone gets the best workout for them. Vibes are always high and the community at CFDR feels welcoming and encouraging…it never feels intimidating walking in there. It’s the only place I workout when I’m in South Florida and I highly recommend you try it if you’re in the area.
Such a great box. I dropped in from out of town for the week and loved every class. Members were super welcoming, coaches knowledgeable, gym manager super responsive and flexible and owner was also super personable. Open gym hours available for drop ins as well which is such an incredible perk. There’s so many boxes around here but if I’m ever back in this town, CrossFit Del Ray Beach is my first stop. Thanks so much for having me!
I visited CF Delray Beach while on vacation and was instantly welcomed with a warm reception from the gym members. The owner, Devin, helped me immensely with a workout I needed to accomplish (26.3), if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
Dropped in to complete my open workout this week because my usual location is in NY. Devin, the owner, was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I can't wait to come back on my visits to Delray. Highly recommend! They really know what they are doing! Very professional!
