CrossFit Deerfield is an amazing place! I have learned a lot from the coaches and everyone there is very friendly and warm! My favorite coach is Priscila because she is awesome! If you are looking for a great CrossFit experience I highly recommend this business.
Best gym in the area if you need to change habits and make friends! I end this yet lighter and stronger in so many ways, they have great coaches that will push and encourage you. Come give it a try !
