I attended CFDFB for almost 6 years and I can say it's the best CrossFit box out there. The coaches are incredible, the workouts are excellent, Fernanda (the owner) is a wonderful person with a huge heart who knew how to transform a simple CrossFit box into a family, a community. It was my first time trying CrossFit, and I had an incredible experience! The coaches were super dedicated and encouraging, the facilities are fantastic, and the community is so supportive, always pushing you to do your best. I love it, thanks for all 🫶❤️💪🏋️♀️
Great gym with a welcoming community! Did class and Open Gym - very accommodating coaches and a variety of equipment to include weight machines in their Open Gym area.
This is a great gym! Great coaches, great workouts, clean and friendly. Lots of classes to get the workouts in!!
I can't say enough about the community at this gym! The owner, manager, and coaches are top notch. They are knowledgable, push you to better your self and genuinely care about your health. They also strive to foster community among thee members, and they've done a great job of that. The facilities are great and they're looking to grow and improve.
