I dropped in while in town for work and found the gym open and welcoming. Now I WISH I had known ahead of time it was one rep max back squat day, but nonetheless I got a good workout in before I had to work. CFDC will certainly be my home base when I am in town. And I find it hilarious that the gym is right next to a pizza place.
I highly recommend CrossFit DC while away from home. This past weekend I was visiting from Michigan and received a warm welcome from the coaches and other gym goers. It was a challenging fun workout. Thanks again!
I was in DC for a quick trip and sought a gym to get a good, challenging workout in, and in CrossFit DC, found that, I visited the U Street location and did the hydrox/bootcamp session. It was very challenging but great and the trainer was fantastic given instructions and suggestions to make each exercise the most beneficial. Boom.
I had the opportunity to drop-in at CrossFit D.C. during a work trip last week, and I had a great experience both days. I had Caitlin and Jesse as my coaches, and both were extremely welcoming, in addition to providing great instruction. The space is clean, with plenty of space and equipment, and I thoroughly enjoyed the programming as well. Thanks for a great drop-in experience, CrossFit D.C!
Great facility, friendly community! Enjoyed our brief time but would definitely recommend for dropping in! Coach Amon was the bomb ✨
