Dropped in from Michigan and did open gym . Amon was very friendly , and went out of his way to show me the gym and introduce me to anyone who came in . A
I came here while I was on long-term TDY to DC. It is well organized and they are flexible about cancelation. It was also nice being able to go to H Street when the timing worked out better. They even incorporated a few minutes of mobility at the end of the workout which I suggested in their feedback email. I highly recommend this place for CrossFit people who are here a short time or those who are living here.
*UPDATE & RESPONSE TO OWNER* This absolutely was the cross fit that I went to and had this horrible experience. My review is valid and stands with the truth of my experience. So glad I chose this gym while traveling. It was easy to drop in. Coach & classmates were welcoming but not overbearing. Workout was clear & challenging. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town for a few days.
Great gym! The layout of the gym is nice and leaves a lot of space. The people were super friendly also! Definitely gonna drop in here again.
