Great coaches and kind community members. A lot of variety in the programming that caters to different athletes. The big thing they could improve is cleanliness. Compared to other competitors in the area the space and equipment are grimy. You’ll notice dust or stuff stuck in the artificial grass.
I always stop by CrossFit DC when I’m in town. The workouts can be as challenging or scaled as you need them to be. The coaches are very attentive to everyone’s movements, offering both support and constructive feedback when you need it. The layout and equipment are both great. And the people are nice! Can’t ask for more than that in a CrossFit gym.

Fantastica esperienza, box perfettamente attrezzato e completa disponibilità e sostegno da parte del coach. Se passate per Washington e siate appassionati di crossfit, dovete andare a trovarli! Grazie ancora per tutto.
CrossFit DC is amazing! Hadn’t done CrossFit in 5 years and was able to have awesome workouts at the H Street location. The coach was very welcoming and gave me options to substitute for Rx weights and movements. Would recommend to anybody with even an inkling of interest in trying CrossFit!
