Best place ever for a work out, nice people, fun and hard work!
This box is awesome! I live and train in NC, but was in town for a period of time to take care of my mother in-law after having breast cancer surgery. Jason and the crew that is Gold City Crossfit welcomed me with open arms. Everyone was supper friendly and encouraging. Took time to introduce themselves and always had a smile. Great Box, When Glassman started the crossfit revolution this is the kind of place he had in mind. Dave Castro would be impressed with the level of hands on instruction and knowledge provided by the staff. No matter if you are planning on becoming a 5 times games champion or just becoming a better athlete this is the affiliate for you!
The gym is a great fit, because it feels like family!
