We felt welcomed immediately. The coaches are amazing and the workouts are scaled to meet all individuals.
I got a free Saturday workout for one hour and let me tell you they put you through some good working out that you will notice when your done. The trainers are very knowledgeable and full of energy. The work out area is large enough and sufficient equipment for larger crowds. I live in N.J. and work out at my place, IFS in Butler NJ and Red Devil is good place away from home.
Red Devil is fantastic! They are super welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Red Devil will make sure that anyone - ABSOLUTELY ANYONE - can do crossfit. The community and members are the best, and you will feel like you have found a second home. Crossfit (and especially Red Devil) are addictive. I have never been somewhere else where people notice if I miss a day at the gym! Can't imagine going anywhere else.
