Great Gym, opens at 5:30
Been doing CrossFit for 16 years and been to a few gyms through my time; this is THE BEST! The owners are incredible, programming is strong, equipment and facilities are top notch. Great location, fantastic community, and family friendly. Owners are also very supportive of veterans.
CrossFit moved near our neighborhood. It has disrupted our quality of life of life . It is affecting the sleep and rest of sick elderly and war veterans. The banging and talking is loud and they are leaving the doors open and waking up the elderly. This is so sad that a business comes in to an area and has no regard for for neighbors and is literally affecting the quality of life of life for sick elderly. Sadly, they don’t care !
