If you’re looking for a gym where the coach cares almost as much about your excuses as he does about your fitness, look no further than CrossFit Council Bluffs. I walked in with a hip held together by hope and stubbornness, and Drew has somehow managed to keep me from reinjuring it—even though I still don’t have time to get it properly fixed. Best equipment, classes, and overall workout I have ever experienced from a gym experience. The coaches are dedicated to my physical needs and safety. This team kept me in the gym throughout my high risk pregnancy and made me feel welcome. 100% recommend.

I've been a member at CrossFit Council Bluffs since June of 2023. Like any gym membership, it's pointless unless you make yourself actually use it. Thankfully, the staff makes it very easy to actually want to go to the gym. The owner (Andrew Goodin) does a fantastic job of getting a baseline of your physical fitness when you first join. Once your baseline is completed and you join the other members for actual classes, you are greeted with an extremely knowledgeable staff and super friendly members.
