One star is too giving. The head coach needs to learn to be a teacher and not condescending. Never ever would I recommend this place. Ever.
I have been doing CrossFit for 18 years and have visited gyms literally around the world and the community is one of the kindest and most encouraging I have ever experienced. Excellent coaching, clean, organized, and well equipped. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
Can it be love at first site if it is a gym? Is it possible to find what you never knew you always wanted in a community of people suffering together? Can the hole in your heart, left by your father walking out on you at age six, be filled by a bunch of coaches who will go the extra mile to help you get results? The answer to all of the above is yes. YES. A MILLION TIMES YES! This is absolutely the best gym in Iowa. Probably Nebraska too. This is my special place. Come check it out. You can thank me later.
