I love the workouts and the staff is amazing. The trainers remembered by name by the second class and were great at encouraging me during the workout.
I live this community. Always professional. Always on time. Always effective. If you want to get fit and be a part of something special come and give them a try.
The coaching support with correcting my form to avoid injury and motivation is huge for me. The classes are challenging but doable at my own pace as needed. The entire staff greets you with a smile and is always willing to help with questions.
First time doing Crossfit and enjoyed the workout of the day (WOD). Everyone was very friendly. Josh helped me safely progress through the workout. Before we started, he provided detailed explanations of each exercise so newcomers and veterans alike are familiarized and comfortable with the exercises. Also Jared had a great rock playlist!
