Both of my children (6,&8) have attended the kids CrossFit for over a year now. They enjoy going everytime. Coach Bethany makes it a fun learning experience!! If you are on the fence with sending your child, you won’t regret it. She makes all children feel welcomed.
My son (6) started the kids classes a few months ago and it’s incredible! His confidence is through the roof, he’s making friends, he’s eating healthy, sleeping great, and, of course, his fitness is improving. I can’t say enough about the coaches (Bethany and Mike)- their programming is fun, engaging and safe; plus their genuine enthusiasm for coaching the kids is infectious. Bethany is great! What I love most is how much confidence her class has given my kids. They come home proud of what they accomplished, whether it’s climbing a rope, doing push-ups, or simply finishing a workout they didn’t think they could do. That sense of achievement carries over into school, sports, and even their everyday attitude. I dropped in for a week while at the beach and was so, so impressed by this gym in every way. Everyone was super welcoming, the coaches were spot on, great environment. I told my fam we needed to come back to the same place next year just so I can drop in again 😂. 12/10, highly recommend.
Dropped in for a class and had a great time. Coaches were attentive and very nice. The facility was clean. The class was fun and inviting. I will definitely come back next time we are in town.
