Thanks for the free workout This place is really cool. They have like 4 trainers who all help make sure you know what you are doing during the workouts. They had us do a simple combination of pushups , situps and squats and I couldn't finish it without taking a two breaks. I saw a guy I went to school with and he goes there all the time. I'm going again for another free workout and think I'll sign up for a month and see how it goes. They are really friendly and don't try to sell you anything. They even have a dog there.
