What a wonderful environment to improve your life through fitness! I’ve really enjoyed the energy and vibes of every class I have attended. DK and Bailey clearly have a huge amount of care for everyone who walks through the door. I have been to hundreds of gyms around the world and I am so grateful I found this gem! Come try a class and see for yourself!
When I went to my first class all the stories I had heard about crossfit causing injuries and being super hardcore completely evaporated. The teachers are attentive, caring and adaptable. The class structure allow you to push yourself to your own limits and pay attention to your body’s wisdom. I love it.
Love, love, love this gym. The coaches are incredible at what they do and are just wonderful people. They developed a community within their members that helped us all through the pandemic and the recent fires. The variety of classes with boot camp and gymnastics (as well as WODs) is perfect. Thanks for all that you do!
