Great place for members or drop-ins. Derek is very knowledgeable and offers personal training and multiple classes throughour the day. The gym offers a variety of weights and exercise equipment.
Awesome gym.
Never been to the actual building but Did a class over the summer with Derek at our school. They Seemed to not be very invested with working with everyone and liked to pick and choose who they wanted to work with.

The gym members are very welcoming and encouraging. The atmosphere and the equipment is very good. Derek the gym owner is a great individual inside and outside of the gym. Great place to get strong.
