Derek is one of a kind. 🦍 The man cares about the individual as much as he cares about their fitness. He leads with a servants heart which is unique in the fitness industry. Hire him as your personal trainer or health coach and you won’t be let down. He will hold you accountable and be your biggest cheerleader. Also he knows his shit - fitness, diet, mobility function. He’s got it all.
It's a little different programming than I'm used to, but overall, it's a great place to kill some fat cells.

Amazing club, I dropped in for a class on NYE, I was greeted like a regular member, Derek was very attentive and wanted to make sure I understood the movements, and watched my form. He had a few tips for some improvements, very professional and very inclusive feel with the rest of the members.
