Best gym in the area! Highly recommend. The coaches are attentive (and modify exercises if needed). I have made great progress with weight loss and am stronger than ever.
The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! There are plenty of fitness locations in Duluth. I recommend to check them out instead.

Great gym with awesome coaches. Offer multiple classes per day.
Paid $200 for the “dietician “ to print off a page out of a high school heath class paper. The gym is ok with good people working out. Stephen, the lead trainer, is quite arrogant. Not awful , but for your money I’d explore what other local options you have available before committing
